Recruiting has been my love and passion for over 14 years. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio leaving briefly to attend Purdue University in Indiana. Upon my return, I landed a position in temporary staffing and later moved into Corporate HR for a Fortune 500 drug distributor. In 1998, I joined a boutique firm to head up their Permanent Staffing division—with much success we consistently ranked within the “top 25 recruiting firms” in the area.

In 2002, I was offered a similar position with a firm in Southwest Florida. I served as a staffing generalist to many industries that included Health Care, Insurance, Legal, Banking, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Not-for-Profit filling positions that ranged from support positions to senior management and executive roles.

Leveraging my prior experience in 2010, I joined the Morisey-Dart Group. Currently I share leadership responsibility for three unique areas of our business.

Construction: Residential and Commercial within the State of Florida. Positions include Builders, Project Managers, Purchasing, Designers, Quality Control, Land Development, Sales, Marketing, Administrative Support, Finance, and more. From the C-Suite to the gravel, we can find the right people.

SWFL Local Market: This market requires recruiters that understand the nuances of living in SW Florida. We have placed individuals at all levels in a variety of industries. This is where industry specialization is out-paced by local knowledge

Health Information Management (HIM): Specializing in identifying talented Coders, Auditors, Clinical Documentation, Revenue Cycle, Managers, Directors, and Chief Financial Officers. We are a member of good standing with both HIMMS and AHIMA
