Todd Reynolds joined the Morisey-Dart Group of Naples in May 2010; he focuses a good portion of his efforts on leveraging his national Banking and Financial Services relationships. Todd brings his energy and 17-plus years experience to the team with a background in identifying, recruiting, coaching, and training professionals nationally within a wide-spectrum of industries.
For the ten years prior to joining the Morisey-Dart Group, Todd headed up the Executive Recruiting Division with a boutique, permanent-placement firm located in Naples, Florida. During this time, Todd made his success by developing an extensive network of contacts throughout the local and national markets. Through focusing on his clients' needs and then motivating passive candidates, Todd has been able to create and maintain long-term relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Before relocating to Florida in October 2000, Todd found success recruiting professionals for an exclusively, retained, boutique firm located in Central Ohio. Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process right from the beginning, Todd has enjoyed working on behalf of top Fortune One Hundred Corporations to smaller, privately held companies.
