Change masters are the leaders who motivate and drive the successful direction of their companies. They know that success starts and is sustained by excellence in staffing. Enlightened leaders create workplaces where people are the focus of the corporate culture and the customer is the focus of the people.
Our commitment is to deliver the best candidates to you in a timeframe and process that meets your requirements.
Our process starts with getting to know you, your culture, and the details regarding the position you want to fill. We dig deep into the opportunity and the organization to understand your needs. We will work with you to prepare a position profile that reflects our findings and the requirements of the position’s skill and behavioral competencies.
We will assess the degree of difficulty in filling the position and your current hiring processes enabling us to provide you with recruiting services and feedback regarding your need for either a retained search or a contingency contract.
Our Recruiting Services can include the following:
A video conferencing network with 600+ national and international sites which allows our client companies to conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates who are hundreds or thousands of miles away.
We take the time to get to know everything we can about the opportunity, the requirements, the community and the compelling reasons someone would want to join your company. We are prepared before we start to search.
We can review your internal hiring processes and advise you on how to improve the quality or speed or your process. The degree of our involvement in hiring process development varies depending on the clients purchase agreement.
In a consultative capacity Morisey-Dart can provide the direction required to establish a set of core competencies for your critical positions. The competency set can be skill and/or behavioral driven.
Behavioral based interview training is available. The average person makes a hire/no-hire decision in less than two minutes. Our training can avoid that type of mistake.
All contracts, whether retained or contingency, will receive vigorous attention through a highly developed confidential network of skilled professionals. A typical search may require us to speak with as many as 100 people to find the three or four people that are the best fit for you.
We not only screen for appropriate background, skills, and success factors; we also screen to determine the individuals interests, their needs, and what would motivate them to make a change.
When you see the first slate of candidates, they have been selected only after extensive research and screening. On a retained search, your first slate of candidates can be expected in three weeks from the time a final profile is developed.
Morisey-Dart will perform the reference checks or partner with the hiring organization to complete the references.
Finding the right person is only part of the job. In today’s competitive market, often the most difficult part is getting the acceptance. A positive outcome doesn’t start when the offer is made. We know that and are prepared for the “sale” long before the offer is made. We can tell you what is truly important to your candidate. Morisey-Dart is innovative in finding critical negotiating points that reach beyond salaries and signing bonuses.
As part of our services in helping you develop a hiring process we can also assist your Human Resources Department in establishing a new hire transition program. Research has determined that how we bring a new hire into the organization impacts his/her loyalty, commitment, and future contribution.
Hiring is expensive - replacement even more expensive. You and your staff are more than likely over-burdened with your jobs and have little time to act as a coach for the new person. Everybody needs a coach; particularly when they make a transition to a new company. Morisey-Dart has experience in coaching executives to success. This consultative service is available for new hires or for individuals currently on your staff that need a little more attention.
