September… What a great month! It launches the last 4 months of the year by showing off many changes. Our children have returned to school and are adjusting to their new learning environments. The climate is changing from summer to fall in the northern hemisphere and winter to spring in the southern hemisphere. World-wide vacation time has come to a close and industry is cranking up the engines for a run to the finish line.
Change is a constant reminder of opportunity. As companies review their bench strength to get to the finish and insure a fast start to the upcoming year, there is excitement in the air for candidates ready to make a change.
